All Seasons is in no way affiliated with The Hudson’s Bay Company, the Canadian Olympic Committee, the Canadian Paralympic Committee, the International Olympic and Paralympic Committees nor the organizing committees of Sochi 2014, Rio 2016 or Pyeongchang 2018.
All names, phrases, marks, logos and designs relating to the Olympic and Paralympic movements are the respective property of the International Olympic Committee and International Paralympic Committee, and where specific to the Olympic and Paralympic Movement within Canada are the respective property of the Canadian Olympic Committee and Canadian Paralympic Committee.
There is no product, and should you wish to check out great Olympic clothing and other merchandise, I suggest you check out The Hudson’s Bay Company. They make some great clothes, and each purchase you make supports Canadian athletes, Canadian designers and Canadian businesses. This project is all in good fun and not meant to impact anyone linked to the Olympic and Paralympic movement in anything but a positive way.

Hi lawyers, I’m flattered you’ve taken a look at All Seasons. As mentioned elsewhere, All Seasons is a project developed wholly not-for-profit. I have made a concerted effort not to negatively impact the The Hudson’s Bay Company, the Canadian Olympic Committee, the Canadian Paralympic Committee, the International Olympic and Paralympic Committees nor the organizing committees of Sochi 2014, Rio 2016 or Pyeongchang 2018.
As such, I have avoided use of names, marks, logos and designs associated with any of these respective bodies and taken steps to minimize any mistaken impression on the part of visitors to this site that this project is an official adjunct of any of these organizations and bodies.
I fully understand the need to protect the Olympic and Paralympic brands and their sponsors and suppliers on a national and international level and it is not my wish nor intent to detract from the investment those organizations have made in the Olympic and Paralympic movement.
If you represent one of the companies whose product I've suggested for collaboration, understand that I'm a fan of your product and your brand and similarly, I am in no way looking to detract from continued success.
